If you are attempting to file your NJ927 Return you may experience difficulties.
Welcome to our online Corporation Business Tax Service. You can use this service to make a Voucher payment, Estimated payment,
Extension payment or pay an outstanding liability. You may make your payment via credit card
electronic funds transfer or e-check.
At the end of the process, we will provide you with a confirmation number for your records.
We hope you find this service helpful and encourage you to
E-MAIL us with your comments, questions and recommendations.
*The fee is added to your actual payment.
To use this service you must enter your Federal or New Jersey taxpayer identification number and a valid PIN (Personal Identification Number) or business name in the area at the bottom of this page. If you enter the application using your business name, you will not be able to view any returns/payments previously submitted or make a payment using EFT online. You may still pay via EFT outside of this online filing.
You can enter the service by entering any PIN assigned to your identification number. This PIN could be the PIN used to enter the Sales Tax Service, Employer Report Service or any other PIN assigned to your identification number. If you do not have a PIN, CLICK HERE to submit an electronic request to receive your PIN by e-mail. Your request should indicate that you need a PIN, the return you are attempting to file, and your Business Name and Tax Identification Number.
A return and/or payment accepted for processing by 11:59 PM on the due date will be deemed timely. If the due date falls on a weekend or a legal holiday, the return and payment are due on the following business day.
If you wish to file and pay other taxes and fees electronically, click Electronic Services.
CBT E-FILE Mandate
NJ will continue to accept corporate business tax returns for the current filing year; however, all corporate payments are required to be submitted electronically.
We are in the process of developing a free filing option for corporate business tax returns so corporations can meet the efile requirement without additional cost. When free file becomes available, the mandate requiring all taxpayers and tax preparers to submit corporate business tax returns and payments electronically, will apply to all corporate taxpayers.
