You may now file your WR-30, Quarterly Wage Report, on-line. The on-line service is administered by the Division of Revenue. It is a paperless process, which provides a confirmation number for proof of submission. To use the service, you will need either a PIN number (supplied by the Division) or the company's registered Business Name. For more information on PIN's, e-mail the Division of Revenue or call (609) 292-9292. For more information on the wage reporting process and other employer filing requirements, visit the New Jersey Department of Labor's web site and see especially the site containing the on-line version of the Employers Handbook . The four steps in the on line filing process are described below, along with a description of the View/Print function. You will have the ability to link to any instructional page from any of the steps for quick reference and explanations. STEP 1 - LOGIN In order to log in, you will need to enter the following: Taxpayer Id This is a twelve-digit ID consisting of the nine-digit Federal Employer Identification number assigned to you by the Internal Revenue Service, followed by a three-digit suffix. Enter the nine-digit FEIN and three-digit suffix. If you do not have a suffix, enter three zeros. Enter the number without dashes, slashes, or any other keystrokes. (FORMAT = 999999999999) Quarter Enter the quarter you are reporting (1 - 4). Year Enter the year for the quarter you are reporting. PIN Enter the four-digit personal identification number supplied by the Division of Revenue. If you do not have a PIN, CLICK HERE to submit an electronic request to receive your PIN by e-mail. Your request should indicate that you need a PIN, the return you are attempting to file, and your Business Name and Tax Identification Number. Business Name Instead of using the Pin you may enter the registered Business Name. Note: You may not report future quarters.
