Welcome to the Amnesty Processing Center. You must pay your Amnesty amount due by credit card or e-check. We will provide you with a confirmation number after you make your payment.

You must enter your Amnesty ID and PIN found on the Amnesty Notice to access this system. Do not use your FEIN or SSN. If you do not have an Amnesty ID and PIN, you should call the Tax Amnesty Hotline at 1-800-781-8407 for assistance.

If you have received more than one amnesty notice, you must file for each one separately.

Are you making a payment for a lien or judgment?

If you are paying the entire amount owed on a Certificate of Debt (Docketed Judgment), below are the waiting periods before the Warrant for Satisfaction can be issued:


  • Credit card: 180 days.
  • E-check (electronic check) from a personal account: 60 days.
  • E-check (electronic check) from a business account: five days.
  • Guaranteed funds: No waiting period.*
  • If you do not receive your Warrant for Satisfaction after the time period shown above, contact your assigned caseworker.

    *NOTE: Guaranteed funds (cashier/bank check or money order) cannot be submitted through this website. If you would like to pay with guaranteed funds, contact your assigned caseworker or the Division's Judgment Section at 609-292-7331 to make payment arrangements.
