The Division of Public Contracts EEO Compliance currently maintains an Oracle database, which contains employment data for all monitored firms pursuant to N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq., and N.J.A.C. 17:27. The Division has several forms that are web enabled that allow businesses to update their information directly into the system which reduces the amount of paper forms required to be submitted by the firms and entered by a data entry operator. The following forms are currently Web Enabled by the Office of Information Technology Client Server Technology Services via the Internet.

1.) Renewal Employee Information Report (Form AA302 Renewal) - This web enabled form gives Vendors the ability to renew their Certificate of Employee Information Reports on-line, and provides the Division with immediate access to up-to-date workforce data to properly evaluate the Vendor's compliance with the Equal Opportunity Laws in Employment.

2.) Vendor Activity Logs - This web enabled form is also part of the Certificate of Employee Information Report Renewal Process that gives the Vendors the ability to enter New Hire, Termination and Promotional employment data verifying previous and current employment trends.

3.) Monthly Project Workforce Report (Form AA202) - This web enabled form gives Construction Contractors the ability to complete their Monthly Project Workforce Reports on-line, and provide the Division with immediate access to Construction workforce data to properly evaluate the Construction Contractor's compliance with the Equal Opportunity Laws in Employment for all public construction projects.
